About us
			JL Consulting was created in September 2006 by Joseph Haller, P.L.S., and Lawrence E. Torro, P.E. After working in the land surveying and civil engineering fields for over 20 years, these two motivated individuals began their own business together in order to provide the utmost in professional and efficient civil engineering services. Recognizing that a specialized work environment is vital to productivity, Joe and Larry began by designing an office layout which affords comfort to both staff and clients. Each employee has their own workspace, which includes state of the art engineering and surveying equipment. Additionally, the conference room provides Internet access and privacy. Thus, the office environment, both professional and relaxed, is most conducive to business. Finally, JL Consulting’s dynamic and experienced staff has the technical expertise to offer a variety of services for any size project. Because of this, projects have a quick turnaround time, providing lower costs to the client.
